Our personal alarms and falls detectors can be worn around the neck or wrist. If you need help, simply activate your alarm by pressing the button on the pendant or base unit. A signal is then sent to the monitoring centre and answered by an operator, who will know who you are and your emergency contacts. Using the microphone, you will be able to speak with the operator and appropriate assistance will be called to help, even if you are unable to communicate.

The CarelineSOS pendants are particularly beneficial for those who live alone, want to feel safe, the elderly and those suffering from a long term health condition.

If you don’t have a working telephone landline, a GPS unit can be supplied at an extra cost . If there is a power cut in your home, CarelineSOS will still be accessible because there is a battery already supplied in both your base unit and pendant which acts as a backup.
