Scam Callers Targeting CarelineSOS

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we are investigating scam callers who have contacted our customers in the last few weeks.

These scam calls are asking you to pay them an upfront fee for your careline service provided by Careline SOS. Please note this call is not from our team. We would not call you to ask for monies but any changes or additions to your contractual arrangements with us would be advised by letter with an invoice. There may be occasions that we do need to call you, but you can always check it us by using your pendant or pulling your careline cord within your property to contact us directly to seek reassurance.

The Police and Action Fraud team have been notified of the scam callers and we advise you to contact the Action Fraud Team on 0300 123 2040 quoting reference NFRC240106398542 CarelineSOS Scam, if you should receive one of these calls. Please try and give the time and date should you receive a scam call. If you have a phone that shows the number calling, please make a note of this and let the fraud team know.
